They showed up on time and pumped out the tank and cleaned the lines to the tank. They did a very good job. I had used them three years ago and was happy with their service. However, I was unpleasantly surprised by the amount they charged for the service. The total charge was $522 which included $443 for pumping 1136 gallons plus $99 for service call and a $20 discount. Previously, they had charged $359 for pumping 1675 gallons at a rate of .20¢/gal with no service call charge and the same $20 discount. They claimed that the dumping fees had gone up substantially since the last time and that his charge is now 39¢/gal . I checked with the septic waste people and the charges per gallon are 10.8¢/gal. Also I checked with other septic disposal companies and they quoted about 20¢/gal. I think they overcharged me severely.
