Urban Forest Services, LLC

Urban Forest Services is a relatively new company & I had received a positive recommendation from someone, so I decided to have them come out for a bid.  There were a lot of dead branches in our maple, locust, and ash trees which needed removal.  There were also some very large limbs that needed to be removed for safety issues.  Mike Casamento, arborist & owner, came to our home and made recommendations.  An appointment for the trim was set up.  There were some scheduling conflicts, so we had to rearrange appointment times a couple of times.  Once Mike and his team were here, they went to work.  Mike did the tree trimming and was meticulous with his work.  He did way more than we had expected.  In fact, he actually gave all three trees a complete prune, while we were just expecting a basic cleanout.  We were so impressed with the work and the clean-up.  He and his team were very pleasant and easy to work with.  Our trees look amazing.   Only downside was the scheduling.  Mike got backed up with other jobs that he had before ours.  Also, our trees took much longer to trim (2.5-3 days) than originally thought.  I think this might be why the scheduling became a problem.  I would definitely use them again!
