I have used this company for several repairs. ?The first service for a light installation was excellent. ?However, after joining their frequent service program, the service has gotten progressively worse. ?The dispatch team has failed to enter a service request and I have had 2 instances where they had to reschedule service. ?In addition, I have had to request 2 revisits due to work not being done right the first time. ?In addition, this company always tries to up sell?for services not needed. ?I gave this company several opportunities due on the initial positive response and the friendly, helpful electricians. ?However, due to the most recent experience, I will not use them again.
