Rob, was on time every morning. He respected my hardwood floors by putting down a walkway. He kept his patience when trying to remove the hardwood which was glued down. He completed the job in the 2 days he quoted and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, answering all my questions. Just a good natured, hard working guy.
