Initially, I called and left a message--never receive a call back.  I tried again later in the week and had a very good conversation regarding having someone come and to give us an estimate on trimming the deadwood from our trees and trimming, also about prices for firewood and delivery.  After speaking with the provider and agreeing a date and time Provider was to come out and give us an estimate on trimming our trees.  An appointment was scheduled, however, no one showed up. I never received a call or anything letting me know that he couldn't make it after rushing to make sure someone was there to meet him.   I received a text about a week later asking if I was still interested in having them come out and look at our trees.  I said yes and another appointment was made, the date and time once again confirmed.  I made sure that my husband was going to be home and again, no call, no text indicating that they were running late, or tied up--just another no show.  I understand that this is there busy season, but why go to trouble of calling back and rescheduling and appointment and not even have the common courtesy of sending a text message that you couldn't make it?  Very unprofessional and unreliable.

We have called at least 7 different firewood providers this fall, trying to get firewood delivered to our house. Rist Canyon Forestry & Firewood replied after 1 call and delivered the wood within the week.
