+ -1 moreHe and his team first measured the areas for the installation to submit costs for the bid. When Medicaid approved them, they arranged a time to come in. When they found black mold, they had to do extra steps to remove the black mold, new insulation, new drywall, and appropriate plumbing. They cleaned up after they were done, too. All the projects were completed in three days.
Description of Work: Medicaid approved home modifications: ADA approved steps and railing, ADA approved toilet, ADA approved walk-in shower - all with supports and hand rails.
