GE Factory Service

I purchased a GE double-oven, glass top stove from Lowe's with a extended service warranty. Last May, I was trying to cook with two burners and it took about an hour to bring both burners to a boil. They send someone out and they said the plug wasn't in all the way. The stove was functioning regardless of the plug being partially plugged in. Later on the same problem occurred, it took an hour to bring water to boil. Additionally I tried to cook a pumpkin pie in the oven at 375 degrees and after two hours it wasn't cooked. They come back out and test the stove, they said to put a lid on the pan for the water to boil. He says the oven is testing fine, and when the oven is in use it has to be preheated for extra ten minutes. Then I notice the three drawers near the top oven are peeling and melting, then we determine that the oven has a bad seal. The same guy comes out and he's rude the third time coming out, and he says I'm yelling at him but I've had to take three days off of work to get this fixed. Once again he tests the oven and stomps out the door, and I still have yet to my oven fixed.
