Door Pro America

We selected Door Pro because the company is a local subcontractor of Costco and our experience with Costco has been primarily very positive over the years. Also, the proposed total cost in the offer was attractive plus the additional Costco rebate (since we are Costco members). So we decided on upgrades like a three quarters HP motor with backup battery in case of a power outage plus a higher grade door for better insulation. The sales rep was straight forward in his presentation with no hype. He did not try to impress, just presented the facts. (I was completely turned off by a sales rep from a well known contractor who tried to impress me with all the "free" things that he was willing to offer with his proposal, later finding out that all of these "free" items come included standard usually with the garage door with most other contractors (like second remote & outside door pad). The Door Pro installer came on time and took the amount of time promised to install the door. I was surprised to see only one man! But you could tell he knew knew exactly what he was doing. He was very professional, organized & polite! The result is a perfectly working garage door that I like to open and close just to watch it's smooth operation! I enjoy the small things in life. Like when things promised actually do come true!

They did a really nice job. He was very thorough and worked on the trim to make sure everything looked very nice. They even took the old doors away for me, and cleaned up all the debris. I would recommend them.
