I used them last year. Sam Saucedo put down the foundation for my shed. It took him a day and a half. He did have to come back to finish it since it was a little off balance. He came back and re-adjusted that for us and it was no problem to him since said that he would come back if anything needed to be adjusted. He provided a free estimate. He does speak English and Spanish. He also had reasonable prices.
