Drywall Service, Ceramic Tile Service
In July 2016, we contracted Colorado Outdoor Design LLC to install tiles in our laundry room. Within a month we called Jason Brown, with Colorado Outdoor Design LLC, to inform him that the grout had gaps in it. He came by to fix it but seemed put out and implied that if it happens again just to mix up some grout and fill it in. Within months after that the tiles started chipping, then several of the tiles were actually moving or popping up. Also we noticed more gaps and cracks in the grout. We called him in May to let him know what was happening. He said he would come by but never showed up. He said this on numerous occasions that he would come by and would never show up. We contacted him several times by email, messaging, text and calling over the coming months. We have given him every opportunity to correct this issue and he has not rectified it. On September 6th he said he was going to come out and wanted to know how many tiles were left over from the installation. We told him there were 2 left. He said we would stop by Floor and Decor. He told us he went there and they didn't carry that tile any more so he would use the two we had and do the best he could. We actually went over to Floor and Decor that day and were informed they had plenty of that tile. We talked to the tile guy there and explained the situation with the popping tiles and gaps and cracks in the grout. The tile guy said what we were describing was caused by improper installation. He probably didn't use enough thin set or mortar. He also said that if tiles pop and start rocking it will cause them to chip. Once again we have given him every opportunity to rectify this and he hasn't.

Drywall Service, Interior Painting
They came in promptly to determine the source of a leak that appeared in the living room wall. They determined the leak was coming from the chimney and immediately fixed it. They put a hole in the living room wall and said it needed a week to dry out before they could fix the wall. No problem so far. The trouble started when it was time to patch the hole. These guys would not show up when they said they would. They would call and say they were coming and they'd never show up. Finally they came in to repair the wall and did a very poor job so the repair location stands out like a sore thumb. They said they would come back to fix it and they have never shown up.
