I used Paint Pals to paint the exterior of my house. They were one of three providers I got quotes from. What sold me on PP was the fact they provided options on different paint options, clarity in expectations, and they provide comparisons on paint quality both from their own tests, but also showed the Consumer Reports results too. Their crews were prompt, professional, and communicated well through the process. Lastly, their prices were very competitive compared to others. I'd definitely recommend to others!

I recently hired Paint Pals to repaint the exterior of my home, and the results are awesome. It looks like a new house. From start to finish, working with them was great. Chris and Justin were incredibly helpful throughout the setup and paint process. They even provided a reference to a design specialist who helped my wife and I choose the right colors when we started to doubt our own choice. We love the results. I got multiple bids, and they had the best pricing I could find. The crew that painted was excellent. Very respectful, and did a great job. Paint Pals did an excellent job painting our home's exterior. The decades old cedar siding was sun damaged on the south walls and follow up caulking and brush painting was done to make sure the job was completed to our total satisfaction. Communication with everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. We would highly recommend this local company.

Paint Pals just finished painting the interior of our house and did a fantastic job! Excellent workmanship and they showed up on time and worked hard all day. Jon and Johnathon were so great to work with; they were communicative, detailed and we couldn’t be happier. After the first day of a 4 day project, Jon told me not to worry if I saw imperfections because they would catch them later. Sure enough, by the time they were done, everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend them for any painting job!

We had Paint Pals paint our vaulted living room going up to the second floor, entrance and dining room and could not be happier with the job they did. Ray the painter was awesome! Generally Positive Experience - But be aware of high pressure sales tactics We called Paint Pals after a reccomendation from a friend. The staff was all polite, friendly, and responsive, although they didn't always communicate, which led to us having to repeat ourselves. When we got the quote, we were dissapointed to learn they require you to sign immediately (same day) or you will pay 10% more. This means if Paint Pals is your first quote, you are discouraged to shop around. We felt this was very high pressure, and almost moved on due to this alone. Unfortunately, we needed the work done quickly, and due to the good review from our friends, decided to move forward. The paint job was done quickly (2 days) and generally well, although there are a few spots I'll have to touch up. The painters were friendly, but they played very loud music the whole time. The price seeemd high, but thats often the case these days. I'd probably hire them again, but would get other estimates first.

Paint Pals is exceptionally responsive and professional. Among other options, I appreciate how they offered data to back up their services. During the sales visit, the representative referenced Consumer Reports when talking about the paint options. Well, I have a membership to Consumer Reports and looked up the paints. The information was accurate and reflected what I needed for my home.
