Couldn't have gone better. We gave them the measurements for the space, chose the style&wood, etc. and within a couple weeks, it was ready. When we got there, it wouldn't fit in the back of our SUV, so Travis and Steve dropped what they were doing and delivered it immediately for another $50. That included bringing it up our steep driveway, through the garage and fitting it in the space. Turned out some wood had to be cut to fit it in and Travis cut the wood out to where you wouldn't even see it, and it fit perfectly. Travis and Steve went above and beyond on the delivery and from design to manufacture to delivery, we have to give Alpine an A+. There were pretty reasonable, too. About $640 for a custom oak large standing cabinet.
