During the last year, Ultimate Exteriors has replaced the siding on my house and all the windows and the back sliding glass door. The house looks absolutely beautiful. I couldn't of pictured it more perfectly. We continuously have our neighbors ask who completed the work. Ultimate did an outstanding job on my home.

I believe Larry and his team are probably the best James Hardie installers in the state. When I needed to have my home resided I interviewed several contractors. Unlike companies that do this as just a part of their business, this is the primary business of Ultimate Exteriors and what makes them stand head and shoulders above the competition. Larry and his team are true craftsmen and worked seamlessly with other contractors on a major exterior remodel. They showed up every day they needed to and were always super particular about leaving the work area clean and picked up. The siding was installed to perfection including custom and attractive counterflashing on the roof. When I had an issue that needed to be addressed a few years after the installation, Ultimate Exteriors immediately came out to fix the issue with no questions and no charge. My house is one of the best looking ones on the block thanks to the skills of Ultimate Exteriors. I have high expectations for contractors I hire and am very particular about the "fit and finish" of thejob. Ultimate Exteriors exceeded these expectations.

It took the team about two weeks to get the project done working every week day. They showed up every morning around 7 and got to work. They worked in pieces of the home: removing the old siding, installing home wrap, then Hardie in one area before moving onto the next area. They kept the worksite clean, the dumpster and their tools were removed promptly after completion of the job. Payment was due in full upon completion - no upfront deposit - so this gave us quite a bit of comfort. They have a huge book of references to reach out to as well and to see prior work. Another big selling point for us was that all of their crew are hired employees - not sub-contractors as we've seen with others. They also had no issues providing documentation of their licenses and insurance coverage, Professionals all around. Due to the timing of when we decided to proceed with the work, we were scheduled later in the summer - not a problem. However, our start date was moved and just a little more proactive communication would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a breeze to work with everyone and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The quality of the work performed was excellent, the work ethic was even better. I dealt with a lot of contractors and subs on this renovation and Ultimate was the best- hands down. They started when they said they would, worked diligently every day and finished on time. They cleaned up their mess at the end of each day, and they were ALWAYS polite and easy to work with.
