The options that I had for dealing with my problem were discussed at length so that my situation was well understood. My need for urgency was clear and I was given a referral directly to a testing laboratory. I immediately took samples to the lab and they were able to give me a negative (no asbestos) on my house.

I was very relieved when Rocky Mountain Mitigation was so thorough in discussing the situation with me and then actually referring me to another group that could give me fastest result. I would call these people again readily! It was apparent that they were truly trying to serve me as best they could. It was obvious they were entirely honest and professional.

She was prompt, friendly and offered several different options for testing time periods. Her prices were very reasonable and she delivered what she promised!

In a very difficult time with all the flooding damage all over the front range, Rocky Mountain Mitigation did a great job.  In the initial aftermath so many companies were busy and couldn't help.  After quite a bit of searching I found RMM and they were great to work with.  Sharon is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and is amazingly responsive by both phone and email even on vacation.   Sharon was flexible and able to work with my adjuster.  Ivan and his crew set up a total containment of the basement and quickly and safely removed the asbestos tile.  RMM brought in an independent third party testing firm to get the required air clearance.  Once the asbestos was dealt with they could tackle the mold issue.  They used all the industry standard techniques including sanding, HEPA vacuuming and then EPA approved chemicals to kill the mold.  They had massive air cleaning machines that they ran an extra day to make sure the mold was dealt with.  The mold is gone and I'm now on to putting things back together. RMM was a huge help!

What a gold mine -- Sharon Majors is a lady who has grown up in the business, knows the regs backwards and forwards, is as honest as they come and so well organized.  She was the silver lining in this tough situation and refuses to inflate her prices just because it is a catastrophe time.  I can't recommend her highly enough!!

who did a magnificent job.I contacted this company on Friday afternoon and the were able to complete their work by Friday evening making our house really livable again.  These are truly marvelous people

I've needed to get one remaining part of my heating ducts in the attic removed as it was the last piece insulated with asbestos still.  I was put in contact with Rocky Mountain Mitigation - they had time on their schedule for my relatively small job in just a few days.  Ivan, the operations manager, showed up on time, worked about the amount of time he'd estimated, (only about an hour start-to-finish), and the work was done.  They also do a lot of larger commercial-sized work, so I was happy they were willing to take a very small job as well.  Excellent.
