Excellent. We have used this business more than once. We have referred Team Carpet Care to our friends, who have reported top notch service as well. They're always professional, on time, and competitively priced.

Marty was responsive and was able to get me in on the days and times I needed. I wasn't originally going to get the basement carpet cleaned in the house I was moving into but Marty did it for me anyways at no cost. I didn't even have to worry about leaving the team at the house. They locked up and left the ceiling fans going for me, no problem.

Team Carpet Care was amazing. I called Marty for an assignment, and incredibly, he sent someone within an hours time (talk about service). I sat downstairs as the steamer, Tyler, did the bedrooms upstairs, and did not view the rooms until I came home later that night. When I came home I was amazed at how detailed he worked each room. He even took the time to move things out of the way, and placed them neatly upon other things in order to get every area. It was also obvious that he took the time to steam every available and some areas that was not as accessible even without me being in eye view while he was working. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking need of steam cleaning service, especially over Stanley Cleaner that will charge more than twice as much.

The service was okay.  Carpet cleaning in general in carpet is not a good idea, it is not clean, it still has a lot of dust and when the pets starts soiling the carpets there is nothing you can do but the carpet cleaners will not tell you that.  They just go over with some steam and smug it for a few days and then, it is right back to where it was.  When I held up the carpet in my path, it was dusty and incredibly dirty with all kinds of stuff.  They did just regular cleaning; it was nothing special.  They were here pretty quickly.  The guys were arguing during the work but I didn’t know what they were arguing about.

They were on time, professional and did a great job.
