Gary Ritter was very responsive from the time we asked for an estimate. We had 2 estimates off of Angie's list and Gary came in $3000 less. Gary has installed many roofs in our neighborhood, including another home we own and so we were familiar with the quality of his work and the work ethic of his crew. Although the work had to be delayed due to the very rainy spring, the first week with drier weather he began our project. He was on site and working with the crew on the first day when the old roof needed to be torn off. His crew manager was incredibly professional and very attentive. As family members had to leave the home or return, he would have the crew stop working until everyone was safely away or back into the home. On the last day of work, a hail storm pounded our area and the foreman made sure that the roof was covered and protected. He even covered by plants in the raised beds so that they were not damaged! The work was completed on time and the site was swept, picked-up and all nails and tacks were removed with a large magnet. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company!
