They did a great job! Scheduling the appointment was fast and efficient. The young man that came to do the work showed up on time - he was professional and hard working. The price to clean the dryer vent on the second story was very reasonable - much less than quotes I've gotten in the past. As it turns out - Lowes never hooked up the vent hose so my attic is filled with lint - ugh! The service man hooked it up for me at no charge. I also had a new vent hose installed for the basement and thought it was also reasonably priced. I'm very happy with the work that was performed.

Very professional the chimney tech covered our carpet with a high quality canvas cloth and no mess was left behind.

They were late and wanted to reschedule. They cleaned the chimney with a wire brush extension and spent more time trying to get me to pay more for the fireplace to be cleaned for 25 dollars more . Then they tried to sell me air duct cleaning , telling me my vents were dirty. They didn't even look at them. They gave me no written inspection and didn't inspect it either. They cleaned up afterwards . You get what you paid.

Lousy chimney cleaning job. The most energy expended was clanging the damper open and closed repeatedly until I asked them to stop. No inspection was conducted.

ProClean was very professional and did a great job. We were really happy with the air duct cleaning. We also decided to do additional services at the technician's suggestion: sanitizing the air ducts and cleaning the furnace. The price for these additional services wasn't a bargain, but all in all we were happy with the service. The service was very professional and high quality.

They did a great job. They arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to walk through the house with me before and after the work. Also did a great job of making sure everything was put back in place and as clean as it was prior to their work. Would highly recommend ProClean.

The team was actually early, and when they came in, we did a full walk through. The service took exactly as long as promised (an hour) and the guys were super easy to work with.

The service person arrived on time, completed the work in a timely fashion as contracted. No problems.

The technician Nodi showed up on time, was polite and professional and had booties to wear over his shoes which impressed me since we have new carpet. He explained exactly what he as going to do and confirmed the pricing that I previously received over the phone. I wasn't going to have the sanitizing done but I figured that I might as well do it right. Unlike other reviews I didn't get a pressure from Nodi to have the sanitizing done, it was something I decided to do after he told me how much it would cost.

Beware of additional services offered at additional costs.

Excellent but a bit of pressure to add other services

Went fine. Didn't realize from the fine print that the Furnace Duct cleaning didn't include the Furnace so I had to pay extra to get that done. They gave a discounted price but still might want to put that in BOLD the next time.

He came early and was very polite. After the initial inspection, he recommended sanitation and cleaning the coil area. He did a good job explaining the process, answering questions, and cleaning the air ducts, coil area, and sanitizing.
