The team was fantastic to work with - from arranging a specific appointment time to get an estimate (4 p.m.) rather than a range of 3 to 4 others like so many other contractors, to finding us a unit that would work with the space provided (a compressor to blow forward rather than upward). They were quiet, clean, efficient (just like our new AC!), always responsive, their employees communicated well and clearly, and they did a great job. Their price also could not be beat (and we received many estimates - some were twice as much as Precise's, and the estimates we received from other companies were one line entries. The estimate from Precise was typed and line-itemed with labor and parts broken out, as well as costs for permits). I would highly recommend Precise Mechanical for any type of HVAC work, either residential or commercial.
