Donald did a great job! He was professional, meticulous, friendly and definitely knowledgable. He took our needs into consideration and gave great recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Don was available right away. I had called other plumbing and heating services and got only voicemails, but when I called Don, he said he could be at my house in 30 min. He was friendly and professional and explained the problem to us. I will definitely be using Don and his company again!

Donald Pohlman did a great job.  He returned my call promptly, provided an estimate the same day, and completed the work in 24 hours.   The dryer works great, and I felt he was an honest person.  We will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend his services.

Please note:  When I checked him out on Angie's list, he was not listed as being licensed, but I looked him up with the State of Colorado Contractor's Licensing Board, and he is licensed as a Master Plumber.  I'm glad I checked, or I may not have used him.

Don was available last-minute for a whole house plumbing clog.  My kid flushed a hand towel down the toilet, and it required some tricky work pulling apart a master bathroom sink to get access to the line below.
Don is friendly, professional and does not carry the price tag of highly advertised vendors.  What he will charge for 1-2+ hours of work is what highly advertised services (like Brother Plumbing) will charge to come out and look at your toilet and use a plunger.

I'd highly recommend Don, have used his services at least 3 times.

Came and did the job & everything works.  The lower water pressure is great - we don't notice any difference in the showers or sprinklers & we are spending less on water - great suggestions!  He made it easy on us & cost was very fair.  Also showed us how to adjust the main pressure valve.

I woke up in the early morning to find that my water heater had broke at some point in the night.  I found it hissing and leaking all over my furnace room.  For some reason, my floor drain wasn't working properly.  I cleaned up and began calling for a plumber.  Most plumbers were booked for the day and couldn't get to me until the next day.  When I called PHI, Don said he could come over right away.  He was at my house within an hour.  He snaked the floor drain and set the old water heater to drain.  While it was draining, he went to get a new one.  By the time he returned, the old one was drained.  Don was prompt, professional, and friendly. He worked quickly and did a great job.  His price was very reasonable.  I will definitely use Don again.

We noticed the drain pan was full of water around 12.  It was the Friday before Labor Day.  I called Lowe's and they said they could get someone out for a detail inspection on Tuesday, but it might be Wednesday before they could install due to the holiday.  I had used Brother's plumbing before and they are way expensive, so I thought I would be waiting.  I looked on Yelp and saw some positive reviews for PHI so I called just to see what they had to say.  I talked to Don at about 2PM and he said he could come out and replace it that day.  He was over in about 20 minutes (granted that I live close to their address).  He looked it over and gave me my options.  I had been planning on replacing it for a while since it was 17 years old, so I had an idea of the cost and I wanted an upgrade.  I went from 40 to 50 gallons since the family had grown and went with a 9 year warranty vs the standard 6, since I wanted something of higher quality.  I ended up with a Rheem water heater, which I recall as being very good.   Don started the drain and went to pick up the new water heater.   He had it replaced in about 2 hours from when he returned.

Don was highly accommodating and very professional.  He is a master plumber.  The job looks great and he answered any questions I had.  Now I have hot water again :)  Very satisfied and would recommend them for sure.

Holy cow! I will keep Donald from Phi Plumbing Service on speed dial in my phone until the end of time. Not even kidding.

Apparently our house really likes having water issues. Water issues have started to become the bane of my existence. One after another, after another. My biggest complaint with them is I am certain it will cost an arm and a leg to replace and repair anything. So it's really disheartening when any water issue comes up.  Boy was I surprised today.

This time we had a problem with our hose bib in the front of our house. It had cracked inside the house and it flooded our basement.

Truth be told, before meeting Donald from PHI Plumbing Service I didn't even know what to call the hose bib. When I called him I said something like, "yeah there's a hook up thing outside that is leaking into our basement". My lack of terminology didn't confuse him at all. We set up our appointment (which was completely easy) and he arrived on time with a new hose pipe in hand. He knew exactly what needed to be replaced and what was happening before I even showed him. This guy knows his stuff!

He told me upfront what it would cost and I was floored that I didn't feel like I was getting over charged. The quote he gave me came with the price of the replacement part. I was so pleased and didn't feel taken advantage of by a plumber for the first time in my life.

I was so pleased with him. I will use him again and give all his information to all of my friends.
