Paul took over the project to build our home when it was approximately 15% completed. The initial builder who started our project ended up not being qualified to handle a new construction and created a few issues that had to be redone. Paul is extremely detailed oriented and strives in getting things done correctly the first time. His knowledge and experience released a lot of tension that was created prior to his involvement. He delivered an aesthetically pleasing and functional home that our family can enjoy forever. not only did he stay on budget, he made sure that we had funds left over. This was huge, because coming out of COVID, building material cost was all over the place. As a wheelchair user, he made sure that I could reach everything and that no part of the outside could become a hazard for me. I can go all around the house (in my wheelchair), which allows me to fully enjoy my property. That is pretty much Paul. He will go above and beyond.

Paul has architected designed and built some beautiful, rustic mountain homes in Summit County. He has also built some beautiful traditional homes in the Denver metro area. He does fantastic work; on time, on budget, beautiful homes with results that will exceed expectations. His customers are always happy. He uses very good materials and delivers.
