+ -1 moreThey never cam and never called. I called them and they said they had called my landlord and said they couldn't fix it, and weren't coming. They said HE should have called me, but they didn't even tell them I had made an appointment with them! They were very rude. They could have called me. I insisted that I had made the appointment with them and they should have called me. They did not care about my concern or my time waiting for them to show. Just because I am presently a "lowly" renter doesn't mean I won't soon need a good appliance company for future business. We just sold a house and are in the market actually to another.
Description of Work: I recently moved into a house with a fridge not working. My landlord had called them and they came in and said they fixed it. It is still not working. My landlord called them gain, and they said they couldn't find the water shut off valve. ?!?? My landlord then justifiably asked me to schedule with them a time to come fix it right this time. I made an appointment and they gave me a three-hour window of when they would show.
