MAID BRIGADE OF NORTH DENVER

I had called in for a thorough first time house cleaning. I was willing to pay whatever I needed to and $255 sounded like a good price for a thorough cleaning. The house had been vacant for awhile and I moved in my things and needed to have 3 bedrooms, study, 2 living areas, dining, kitchen and laundry area cleaned. They sent over 2 maids who I believe were beginners and really did not know how to clean. After a couple of hours another person came in, a supervisor and she cleaned some windows which I had not expected and generally followed up after the original 2.My complaint is that the 2 maids did not move anything on counters or floors and just cleaned around it. They said they mopped the kitchen but when I went to clean up a spill later with a wet paper towel, the floor was still black with dirt. They did not bother about taking out and shaking the small area rugs or even moving them around. The vacuumed but when I went to pick up the rug, dust and dirt were still under the rugs. The crew just cut too many corners trying to get out of there in 3 hours, too worried about the next appointment instead of how clean the house was.Not worth the $255 I had expected for a Deep Cleaning.

Maid Brigade did a good job. They were thorough and quick. While we were selling our house, we had them come in weekly. Their prices were fair. We really appreciated the work done by them while we were moving out. They came out and did the job in two hours. They were really helpful. It was just really nice. We are sure that the people, who moved in to the house, would?ve probably appreciated that as well.

The cleaners were to arrive about noon, and clean the entire house, specifically windows, closets, and shelves that had been accumulating dust for years. About noon I got a call that the cleaners were running late, but would arrive at 2 and stay until the work was done. I left about 3:15, and they had not arrived. I later found out from the buyers that 2 cleaners had come about 3:30, spent about an hour doing light cleaning of counters, and left abruptly. Floors, windows, closets were not touched. The company charged $120 for this, and refused to remove the charge. The buyers spent about 5 hours cleaning the house, and I compensated them $500 for the failure to leave a clean house.

THEY WERE GREAT! WE HAD JUST BOUGHT THE HOUSE FROM SOMEONE ELSE & I WANTED IT VERY CLEAN, VERY QUICKLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK.

THEY WERE GREAT! NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. THEY WERE HERE WHEN I NEEDED THEM. I HAD A VERY TIGHT TIMEFRAME IN WHICH TO DO THE WORK AND THEY DID IT RIGHT ON TIME.
