1. They installed a new A/C for me in July 2018. I found out in July 2019 they did not pull a permit as is legally required. I notified them, the City contacted them... It took 4 weeks for them to respond and resolve the issue. 2. The A/C they installed qualified for a large Xcel rebate. It took several months and numerous requests before they finally sent (incomplete) paperwork to Xcel. Xcel contacted them, I contacted them. No response. It took a complaint to the BBB (and 6 months from time of installation) to get this resolved with them. If you are a new customer, you may get a timely response for a service call. But if you are a returning customer and have an issue of compliance, warranty or rebate/paperwork, you may have a very difficult time getting any response or resolution.
