Jim Needam charged $399 for 45min of end to end work to fix my leaking bathtub faucet. And they told me there is no warranty . If i wanted to replace the bathtub faucet it would be $1,000 (one thousand) and only then I'd get 2 years warranty Absolutely crocks

If you would have contacted my office and I'm sure we could have resolved this. The 399.00 for your faucet repair single handle pressure balance, warranty (there is a 2 year parts and 1 yr labor) on the Faucet installation, this is a fair price not to mention a licensed plumber came to your home to do the work. The price was signed and approved by you before we started the work. If you had an issue with the price I wished you would have said something then. We take great pride in servicing our customers as you can see through our reviews. Again my apologies for your frustration and I hope you will call us for any of your plumbing needs in the future. Jim came to give me an estimate and was able to do the work that same morning. since the sink was 30 years old he also replaced a strainer basket and installed new shutoff valves to replace the ones that weren't working. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.
