As your aware, I was certain to update you upon my arrival times and remain in communication in regards to timing just as any reputable contractor would despite my tardiness as plumbing service schedule can vary drastically. As far as the trip waste over flow for your bath tub as per our conversation, you understood that the repair could lead to drywall removal and also communicated rough pricing to you which you then decided it was easier to use a plug. With value, we strive to provide upfront communication, and five star quality work, (Not to mention the 2 year 100% Part & Labor warranty) . Unfortunately it is difficult to provide this type of Professional service at a better price point as there is a set market rate like any industry which we tend to be in line with or less. Overall, We seemed to be on the same page and the two of you seemed pleased with the service. As you know, reviews are everything in this day and age especially for small businesses and I take all feedback into consideration and hope to provide a 5 Star experience in all aspects next time! "Scott, I'm Glad you took the quality seriously as the final product was much improved upon from the initial product and that was the intent from a company standpoint! As Far as customer service I did my do diligence to provide you with a few options for your job. As you know the supply house never contacted back as they said at which point in the evening I let you know this as well as the fact that I did not create the opportunity. From there I still never heard back and ponied up to provided you a guaranteed price despite my pricing. And for Value, I took the necessary steps to provide the best installation possible by providing a licensed HVAC technician in order to cover ALL bases if ANY issues arose during the install. Unfortunately it is difficult to provide this type of Professional service at a better price point as there is a set market rate like any industry which we tend to be in line with or less. Overall, You know you got a price nearly $2k less than market value! And it ended up being a better decision for the long-term considering the condition with which you were happy with.
