IMB TREE SERVICE

First time user of IMB Tree Service and was extremely satisfied. They were referred to me by my son-in-law. I had three large evergreen trees that probably hadn't been trimmed in 15 years. When Isidro finished they looked like they were manicured. Not only did they trim the three trees they were hired to do, they also removed dead limbs from a Sumac tree and on the property at no charge. They were prompt, professional and cleaned everything up before they left. Excellent referral.

Not only did the two jobs I hired them to do go smoothly and on time, but it came in right on budget. I was impressed with their communication, effectiveness to get the job done in such a clean and effective manner. as well as the speed in which the job was completed. I will definitely hire them again for future trimming and tree removal.

DO NOT HIRE- When you 1st call it appears you are talking to a professional arborist! The person who show's up to trim the trees is definitely NOT! He was 6 hours late & put a cigarette butt out on my driveway! Unprofessional to say the least. I wouldn't let him near anything I value. I expected more from them & Angie's list!

He's been trimming the trees and the trees have been doing really well. He's very professional and his crew is very good at cleaning up after they're done. What I like about them is that they are very honest and they do what needs to be done. They really care for your trees and are very respectful. They are always on time. Their prices are very fair compared to other companies and I really like the way they do business. I would highly recommend them.

They did a pretty good job in trimming the trees. The price was okay and they are prompt.

Second year in a row using IMB and they lived up to my expectations! Isidro and his crew trimmed lots of bushes -including a hedge of huge lilacs and trees for us again. They worked quickly and efficiently- cleaning up after themselves. In fact my 83 yr old next door neighbor grabbed them that same day before they left and they trimmed for her as well. I will be calling IMB again next spring since my husband and I are already pointing out other trees that we wanted shaped for next summer.

IMB services were responsive with making apt. over the phone. The person who came out and gave our estimate did have difficulty finding our address. Tree and shrub trimming were excellent. The cost was $50-$100 less than other service estimates. Tree trimming professional was very nice to work with once he found the address. Our address is sometimes hard to find. Very pleased. They will get our business again next time.

Excellent! Spoke to Maria on Thursday 9/10 and Isidro came out late on 9/10 to look at what work we wanted. He and his crew member came back on Friday 9/11 and were promptly there at 9 AM. They worked quietly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and did exactly what we wanted. I had given him a map of our front and back yards noting the work we wanted- he followed my written instructions exactly. He also showed me other areas of concern that I had not noticed- he explained what the concern was and I made a decision whether to include that work or not. He was very professional and not pushy. He also has a great enthusiasm for his work which is great to see. Our home and yard are 23 years old so we have used the big guy companies in the past but were never happy. Even this year one of those companies argued with me as to which side of Parker Road our home was on- can you believe the audacity! So I went to Angies list and found IMB - will defintely use them again

We called and spoke to Maria at the front desk who was extremely polite and cheerful. She was wonderful receptionist. She set up an appointment for an estimate. Ysidro arrived the following day to give us an estimate and set up an appointment for the next day. Ysidro and his assistant were finished within an hour. They even raked up the small branches and nailed back a fence that had been displaced by the stump. We have asked that they come back next spring and cut down another tree before it gets too big and trim a couple of trees in the front yard. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work. I especially like their motto of "no job too small"

An old elm tree was shedding large branches during wind and snow storms. Fallen branches had already downed neighbor's phone and power lines last winter and was an imminent danger to children playing next door, neighbors property, and utility lines. We responded to a door-ad & contacted the owner-operator, Isidro. Isidro says he worked for Xcel for many years, doing tree trimming and has now gone into business for himself. He inspected and bid the job one week and did the work during two days the next week.
