Glenn Smith was so helpful and communicative. We really enjoyed working with him.

Glenn was quick to call me back and was perfectly happy with me calling other pros to get quotes. Glenn was by far and away the most polite and professional so I scheduled an inspection through Holistic Home 4 days later. I wanted to see the process and Glenn was perfectly happy allowing me to watch. In fact, because I asked so many questions the inspection took an hour longer than usual. Amazingly this didn't bother Glenn and he never became rushed, impatient, or short with me. Furthermore, I was blown away by his inspection report. It was nearly 70 pages! Chock-full of guides on the proper way to fix sub-standard items as well as photos of my home and the specific areas needing repair. Perhaps this is standard but Glenn was very thorough and made it clear that if I had follow-up questions that he would be happy to answer them. And at the time of writing this, I have texted Glenn twice with questions and got prompt, detailed responses both times. Oh! And Glenn recommended a radon test and sewer inspection, coordinated by him as a bonus option. I went for both and am glad I did. My radon levels were ~2.5 units higher than recommended, and the sewer was in good repair. Both items I am glad to know about, and Glenn made the whole process a snap. Bottom line - Glenn is super nice, very patient, extremely thorough, and makes the process of getting a home inspection an absolute delight. I don't expect to be buying a home again in the near future, but I *highly* recommend Glenn to anyone who is.
