We hired Racine and Alex initially for a one-time window cleaning job (which was excellent), and received a quote for ongoing house cleaning while they were onsite cleaning the windows. We had an existing cleaning service, but were tempted by the very competitive price they offered as well as the fact that there would be TWO people cleaning the house. The value was clear, so we gave them a shot. We were not disappointed, as their initial cleaning was excellent, their communication prompt, and their attitude is one of continuous improvement (they want feedback about what they can do better). After our positive experience, we referred them to several of our neighbors, and now many of them are using Racine and Alex's services on a regular basis. Their referral program is also excellent. I highly recommend EZ Cleaning Services for your house cleaning needs (and in addition to interior and exterior window cleaning, I hear they also do steam carpet cleaning--I am excited to use that in the future!). Weâ ve searched high and low for solid house cleaning services and FINALLY found them in EZ Cleaning. Racine & Alex are incredibly reliable, communicative, thorough AND affordable. Our house has never looked better. (Weâ ve tried a dozen other services and Iâ m not exaggerating when I say these these two are unicorns.) Theyâ re wonderful to work with & left our home spotless. Excellent communication. For the first time someone contacted me if theyou were late or had a problem. This is the most important thing. In this age of cell phones why can't contractors call if there is a problem. You wouldn't believe what I and my daughter have had problems with. All because of lack of communication. We know people have problems and customersee would understand but no communication - that's when we get mad
