Jon was my service tech. He arrived on time and in a company van and was very professional. He took a look at furnace and diagnosed it as my ignitor failed and needed to be replaced. He did so in timely manner and had replacement part in van. The price was very reasonable. I will recommend this hvac company to friends and family.
