Very timely and excellent customer service. This is a local company. Our entire area was hit with this hail and the storm chasers competed for the business, willing to file claims right off the front porch. One of the contenders clearly had Texas license plates even though he said he worked for a local company. Tanner Grass, one of the owner's of Colorado's Finest Roofing was patient and very helpful as we had difficulties with our mortgage company, and they delayed the claim. Even so, we were one of the first few homes to get re-roofed before winter set in. Homes in our area are still being re-roofed from the damage the storm caused, nearly one year later.
We put our trust in Tanner and CFR and were not disappointed. The roofing crew was friendly and conscientious. Supervision of the project was excellent. Tanner took care of the county building permit and all other documentation required by our mortgage company. As a former property manager, I have worked with all kinds of contractors over the years. I am impressed by the quality and character of this company.
