on 6/19/2017 jeremy treated my ash tree. he even cut dead limbs out of my tree at no charge for the pruning. I havenot had a problem with alpine tree care for years, good work, fair prices. To the post on 6/19/2017 I caused him to be late, sorry! my appointment was 8:15. by the way how can you give him two Fs and one D with a overwall of a C?

They were very efficient and did a marvelous job. They brought in extra equipment and took down an enormous cottonwood.

On the plus side they did listen to what we wanted and tried to address those issues. However, First, they didn't even show up the day they scheduled us and it had to be rescheduled. Second, they were oblivious to the other trees and gardens in the yard and were injuring those plants until we brought it to their attention. They did not clean up well at all. They didn't bring a trailer large enough for the tree trimmings to even fit on. A neighbor helped by taking some of the wood.
Response from Alpine Arborist Professional Tree Care
"With our busy schedule and quality work, so,etimes jobs run over and customers can not be reached during business hours. We do our best to mitigate and scheduling changes as soon as a customer can be reached. While pruning and removing trees, we do our best to avoid gardens and plants below the tree, but when we are climbing and working aloft, limbs can sometimes go array making it impossible to protect the landscape immediately underneath the tree. We apologize for any damage to plants and grasses."

They showed up to do the work 2 weeks later, we were at work, when we got home the tree had been trimmed, however there were still signs of blight. ?He called 2 days later to tell us that when his worker got there he reported back that the blight was too extensive and the tree would most likely?die within a year. ?Had they called us we would not have had them trim the tree, but would have taken it down. Now we owe them 385 for a tree that is going to die.?
Response from Alpine Arborist Professional Tree Care
"When blight has taken over more than 30% of a tree we generally suggest removal. During pruning, more blight was discovered and the suggestion was made to see how the tree reacts to this pruning and make a decision on managing or removing the tree."

Luke was on time for the estimate and to do the service. He is certified, professional and safety oriented. He did a fabulous and amazing job, left a clean yard and his bid was fair and reasonable (we had estimates done). He is also a nice person!

call Alpine for survice, upon arrival he judged the size and said it would be $300 due to the size of 22" and I agreed. He thought the job was complete but there was so much wood shavings all around that it was difficult to properly judge and he did not try! He stated if it needs more after clear-up he will return. Sure enough, after clean-up many roots and some stump areas were at surface level, and needed to be 4'-6" below ground level per his written estimate sheet (last line at bottom of page).

"Alpine Arborists Professional Tree Care did not perform services for this customer."

Alpine Arborists Professional Tree Care:
I found this company by accident and glad I did. I was very happy with their work. The owner gave me a fair estimate and did a
great job. He and his partner were both very professional and came with a great attitude and with answers to all of my questions. They cleaned up like they had never been here. Most of my neighbors are asking for their name and number. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about their trees.
