Went great!!

Robert came the same day when I called, he found the issue. There was no signal on a board. Plus there was water leakage. Came a few days later with the new board. Retested the board and because water was off for a few days main board dried out, so after all it was a leaky pipe in our furnace that was shortening the board! Robert only charged us for labor. Very happy, he explains everything. I would call him next time I have any issues!

Robert was prompt at coming out all the way to Castle Rock as soon as we called. He did us a favor by driving to Denver to purchase a key to open the air conditioning unit. He fixed the air conditioner unit promptly and gave us a tremendous price. We were extremely happy with the service and would definitely use A&D hvacr again and would highly recommend this company to others.

Great! We were worried we were going to have to replace the unit. Robert quickly determined we had a damaged starting capacitor. He had the part and replaced it. Best repair experience I have had in a long time.

Excellent he even told me i don't need to buy the pump it was just plugd in ,so he cleaned it out and it is good now

Robert (the owner) was absolutely amazing! Not only did he come help me right away so my kids and I didn't have to cancel our vacation, but he was very reasonably price! He was also very nice and explained everything to me so I could understand what he was doing and why putting my mind at ease it was fixed properly and I could leave not worrying my house would flood while I was gone. He also helped us in our time of need, where every one else I had called had us waiting days for emergency service. I absolutely will use him for any of my heating and air needs.

I contacted Robert that morning and he responded right away. He told me that he could squeeze me in same day and later in the afternoon to review our problem. Robert noted that our compressor was bad and told us that it was time to replace the unit. We had gotten 20+ years use out of it so it made sense. Robert called around to find us an affordable air conditioning unit. Within minutes he was able to locate one and negotiate a good price on it for us. Robert informed us he would return the next day with the unit to install it for us. He arrived the next day and made sure our new unit was installed and up and running. All this just in time for the summer heat wave to set in!

Robert at A & D was professional, clean, and quick! He had our new AC all done in about 2 hours. He gave us advice on the type of AC that would work best with our current system and everything was seamless. He even hauled away our old AC!

We thought we were going to have to replace the older AC unit, but Robert came out and told us that there were a couple of things he could do to service the unit and keep it going for a few more years. He could have easily told us that we just needed a new one. He was very informative and showed us everything he was doing and why. You don't always receive that sort of service and it was GREATLY appreciated. I would highly recommend Robert at A&D!!!
