This rental home is a newer one and I had him add an air conditioning unit to the furnace. He did it all and I wasn't present during all the work. He went better and added an outlet for electricity close to the outside coil which is a PLUS! He has done another job that I was very happy with, he keeps delivering good service! Call him up!

the first home, a rental, was a complete furnace change out and add air conditioning. He also replaced the entire flue for the furnace which was an 80% efficient furnace and so less maintenance than a 90 or above. Everything was fine, done on time and it's all working.
