Animal Training Service
The HOA sprinkler system leaked after the installation of the invisible fence. Our sprinkler repair man discovered there were five leaks in the line which he said were caused by cuts in the line. Since the invisible fence electrical line was on top of the sprinkler line, our man determined that the cuts were caused by the equipment used to dig the trench to lay the electrical line for the invisible fence. Our repairman billed the HOA $120 and we gave this bill to the homeowner who had hired Invisible Fence of Western Colorado. We have no way of knowing whether she was reimbursed by Invisible Fence or not.
The representative installer for Invisible Fence of Western Colorado should have determined where the sprinkler lines were located prior to his installation to avoid cutting into them. Since we assume that Invisible Fence of Western Colorado may be a franchise business, we should clarify that our complaint is not against them. Our complaint only applies to the services of this particular representative representing the franchise doing business in Gypsum, Colorado.
