I explained to Jeff that my septic system wasn't draining into the tank properly and was backing up into my basement. He arranged to come the next day (a Saturday) and pump the tank. He arrived on time, performed the job, made some suggestions about maintaining my tank and charged the amount he quoted over the phone.
