Property Management, General Remodeling
We have always been very pleased with their service. We had some major remodels in our homes and our rental properties too. They were called one time at night on a weekend about a hot water issue and that was taken care of almost immediately so they are very quick to take care of any issues that come up on the properties that they service. They are a small enough company that sometime they can't be where they say they are going to be if something else comes up. But, they are always good to call. They don't just not show up. Anytime we've had any remodel work done or any maintenance work, they make an effort to keep cost down and we feel like that they are very reasonable. We have recommended them to friends of our or other people we know for property management.
