Our landlord purchased a used clothes washer from Intermountain to replace a broken one we had.  When they came to deliver the replacement washer, they said the broken washer was of better quality than the replacement, so they fixed the broken one in about 5 minutes, and then gave the landlord a refund on the replacement machine, minus the cost of service.

I called for service on my dishwasher, they were very prompt at first but then when the part actually came in they were a half an hour late for our appointment and then charged $60 for 5 minutes worth of work. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication about how much the part was going to cost. After shopping around on the internet, I found the part much cheaper on the internet and I will not be using this company again.
