"Dear (removed member name), The $75.00 service charge was for the time I spent waiting for someone to show up. I did call the two phone #'s that were given; leaving a message. I waited an half an hour; along with the drive time; was a total of over an hour. The truck I use is a F650 that uses lots of fuel. So the time; along with the fuel costs was for the charge in which you only sent me a check for $50.00. You graded me a C for professionalism. I guess being on time, ready to do the job as hired warrants such a grade."

Efficient and professional. I just had NO idea cleaning our wood burning stove would be so expensive! I was planning on around $100. But I can't complain about the work. Excellent job.

Dan showed up ready to work...no messing around....hooked up his truck vacuum and cleaned my wood burning stove pipe...was in and out of here in no time without a mess!!!! AWESOME!
