The first couple of cleanings were ok. Anna came when she said she would, did a decent job cleaning and took laundry back to her house after using our second set. She claimed that she wouldn't be using our W/D (even though we had a full size W/D located in our furnace H/W utility room) but would be doing all the laundry at her house.
We unexpectedly came to our condo on a day that she wasn't supposed to be cleaning or even be there. Cleaning should have been done days prior. When we walked in, we surprised her two daughters in our condo.. They immediately said that they had come back to clean a few details but they didn't appear to be cleaning when we walked in.
They immediately left. I then looked around to see if anything was odd and noticed that our dryer was very warm. We suspect that they were doing laundry in our unit (possibly for other clients in the complex or in the neighborhood) to save cost.
This was the last time we saw them. We changed our locks and never hired them again for any jobs in the future.
