Very professional and thorough inspection. Nice guy. Identified a significant potential issue with the plumbing which saved me several thousand dollars before closing on the house. Also gave me some good advice as he walked through the house, pointing out things I should be cognizant of. Great for any new owner of a house. Was a little late to the appointment, but besides that I would definitely recommend.

Contacted Tiger Home Inspection via their website email form based on a real estate agent recommendation - purchasing a home in a remote region that is not serviced by many of Angie's lists inspectors unfortunately. Although they were not open on the weekend, I did get a response back first thing Monday morning to schedule an inspection. Generally the phone staff did get back to me in a reasonable time frame, but I did have to call back a few times to connect with a live person. The inspection was scheduled further out than I would have liked, but that means to me that they were in high demand.
Steve was prompt to the site - though not as responsive via email with questions that I had for the inspection. He performed the inspection and then he and my real estate agent called me to walk through the findings (I live in another state). He was eager to answer all of my questions and even took a phone call on a Saturday when he picked up the Radon machine and was finishing that test. He also made adjustments to the report - which was very comprehensive with manual comments, not just check boxes, and lots of pictures.
The radon report was not as detailed as I would have liked, but it came in within normal range, so there may not have been much to be said anyway.

They are very thorough. Everything was documented very well. I found nothing additional in the house after nine months. They also included a ninety-day home warranty with the inspection so that in case something major went wrong after I purchased the home, then it was covered. They also provided me pictures that I could go back and check to better understand what they were referring to in the documents.
