Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I worked with Mark Hogan to address some minor roofing issues that could have become major issues. His crew did a good job repairing the primary issue, and also inspected the entire roof and replaced a couple of boots around exhaust pipes that were in bad shape. I was very pleased with their work, would hire them again.

Update: After submitting a claim to their insurance company, they were found to be at fault by the engineer that their insurance company hired. They also damaged the heat tape when they put it back on. That is why it was tripping all winter. We are lucky we did not have a fire. Now that we settled with the insurance company, we now have to repair everything. Hogan roofing was amazing until the winter when their job did not hold up. They replaced the roof (5 years old) because of a manufacture warranty. We had zero issues in four years. The first year after it was built, there were a few minor issues because of the heat tape placement (which were resolved), but we had no issues after that. Now we have heat tape issues at the breaker causing them to trip. They are taking no responsibility for the brand new roof that they installed which leaked the entire winter. It does not matter how much snow falls in a year, no roof should ever leak if it is done properly.
