B.E.T. displayed excellent craftmanship and provided excellent supervision over the project and their subcontractors. The project met the agreed upon timelines and budget, given that there were delays caused by the cabinet reshipments that were out of their control and also agreed upon scope changes. We?ve been very proud to show the renovation because of the overall result and impact, including all the attention to detail that was provided.

These guys do great work, and they are very responsible - they stand by their work. Highly recommended.

We met with BET and they immediately had some great ideas as to how we could remodel our bathroom. Their estimate was timely and very affordable. Because our existing floor tile was discontinued (and replacing the tile that we had installed a couple of years before would be too expensive), they designed a plan that would allow us to keep the same "footprint" of the bathroom while changing everything else. They demolished the entire bathroom and switched the location of the bathtub and shower. The shower that they built is amazing and their tile work both in the shower and bathrub surround is perfection - clean cuts, perfect lines. They installed a new custom-made glass block window, new cabinets, light fixtures, sinks, faucets, mirrors and they painted. I felt at ease with Eric and Terry (father-son owners of the company) and was very comfortable with them in the house - so much so that I often left. They were inobtusive, polite, friendly, super nice guys. Other than some of the plumbing and the slab countertops, they performed all of the work themselves. (We met with other companies and they all hired people to do the work while they acted as contractors.) They also gave me the option of purchasing the materials myself (cabinets, sinks, faucets, fixtures, but not building supplies) which allowed me to really search for the best price (faucetdirect.com is a great source!) The other contractors I met with would provide the materials and they marked everything up. On the days the plumber and countertop installer were here, Eric and Terry were here too so I wasn't left to deal with strangers. We were so happy with their work we hired them for some other jobs as well. The best contractors we've ever had - I wouldn't call anyone else.

Having worked with many contractors, I find Erik and Terry to be exceptionally knowledgeable, remarkably honest, and quite affordable. They value craftsmanship and are eager to please. A small father-son company may not work for everyone. I recommend bidding a large construction company that runs several crews at a time to contrast BET to determine which style works for you.

I was initally impressed with these guys - they came for an estimate quickly and seemed to be qualified. However, after a few months of phone tag, not responding to emails (I was told that "their computer was down"), we had just about given up. Then they called again to send us an updated proposal, which we were positive about. Then, out of nowhere they said they weren't licensed in Denver. What? Did they suddenly realise after coming to our house twice that we lived in Denver? There were some kind of shenanigins here. Perhaps they just wanted an out. Well they got ont. We decided to look elsewhere.

I was thoroughly impressed with these guys from start to finish. They are reliable, thoughtful, careful, reasonably priced, and produce excellent quality work. They had suggestions along the way that were insightful and considerably helpful and they were completely committed to meeting and exceeding my expectations. They were by far the best contractors I have ever worked with and I highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.
