Pioneer Fence Co did such a great job on our fence!  We didn't know what to expect, but Richard was wonderful to walk us through the whole process so we weren't taken off guard by anything.  The work was excellent, the men were efficient and effective, and we are very pleased with the end product.  We would definitely recommend Pioneer Fence Co to anyone who is looking for QAULITY work.

It went well--Richard was prompt and thorough, and helped educate us on quality.  His foreman and team were fast, and they got us in prior to the first big snow storm.  A little higher in cost than our other finalist bid, but based on getting us in faster and building a high quality fence that is better than the others around, we feel it was worth it.  They also replaced some spindles and planks at our request with no complaint and as soon as they could.  We split the cost with our neighbors, and so they patiently worked with both sides to answer questions and concerns.   Would refer them anytime.

I've had very few experiences with contractors where everything went as smoothly as it did with Pioneer Fence. Richard, the owner, met with me a few days after i contacted him. He inspected the entire property asking me several questions about preferences, and spent the most time with me of any of the companies that I contacted for estimates. All that, plus he came in with the lowest bid.

The work crew was prompt and professional and exactly on the promised schedule. I had to go on a business trip during the last part of the job, and when I came home I had a beautiful new fence with absolutely no evidence that a work crew had been there.

I have no hesitation recommending Richard and Pioneer Fence to anyone looking for a new fence.

Wow, how impressive.   What a great company.  They did everything they said they would do.   They gave us a very good quote, showed up on time, finished the work on time.  Just an all around stand up company!

This was a busy season for new fences in the area due to high winds last winter. Richard came within a week of my call to give an estimate. He was very honest about how long the wait time would be (about the same amount of time as other companies I had contacted) and actually completed the project ahead of schedule. The crews were efficient and cleaned up the area very well. They even put up a temporary fence so the dog could be out in part of the back yard. The fence materials used were great quality and the finished product looks wonderful.

We took Richard's suggestion on a slightly different type of privacy fence and are very happy we did. The fence looks great and after nearly 3 years it still looks as good as it did the day it was installed. Pioneer was very professional in the estimate/payment process and also demonstrated significant experience and focus on quality during installation. We plan to use Pioneer in the future when we replace the entire privacy fence vice just the section that was blown down.

I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Pioneer Fence did a very high quality job on the 3-rail split rail fence, at a very reasonable price. Quality cedar/wood was used for the fence and 2 gates. They were careful when digging near buried power lines near sidewalk, when setting new posts. Richard (owner) was very good to work with, personable, professional, and trustworthy. Later when some adjustments were needed on gate latch, they came over soon after I called and made needed adjustments so gate closed/opened smoothly. Would definitely use again.

They were very good people to work with and they did a very nice job. They were very prompt and gave us great materials to work with. They actually took care of all the permits instead of me having to do everything. They have great follow up as well. We were even given some addresses of other customers of theirs as references. They even hauled away the old fence for me. We have received a lot of compliments on the fence. I give them an A+!

I first called and spoke to Richard who was very helpful and explained the process. It is a brand new house so they weren't exactly sure how long the fence would be as the builder had not yet built the wings on the sides of the home. Richard came to measure and provided a quote. 
The team arrived exactly as they said they would right after I moved in. They set the posts and returned a few days later to complete the fence.
The fence wood is high quality and it matches exactly the fencing in the neighborhood.

Richard was friendly and helpful from first visit  and through the job.  Scheduling was impacted by other jobs he had going and we felt like, being in Arvada, we were a little out of his way from the bulk of his other jobs.  Had a bit of a glitch over the building permit but that was worked out quickly and work proceeded.  His crew was friendly and polite, hard working and very skilled.  The fence is beautiful!  We love it, the neighbors love it.

My experience with them was good and they did a good job of doing what I wanted them to do.  They seem to do a good job of building a fence and their price is competitive.

First, I was impressed with Richard.  He set up a time to measure the fence while I was there.  I had received estimates from other companies that were able to go out and measure while I was was not there.  That's definitely convenient, but I had questions and I wanted to make sure he understood what I wanted done.  Secondly, he was personable and friendly.  He went over everything in detail and answered my questions.
The crew worked quickly, the old fence was removed and the posts were put in the same day.  He wanted them to set for a couple days but had to wait even longer to come out and finish because of the snow.  Once they were able to come back out, they finished in a day and the fence looks great.  
What really sold me on Pioneer Fencing is the personal attention I feel I received.  They were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either.  For me, the extra money was worth the extra attention.

Had fencing installed at our home and at a rental property. Fast and competent service. Highly recommended by us! Great folks who own this company!

We needed to have fence installed between our house and the existing property line fence. Pioneer was very responsive and suggested a design change that save us a fair amount of money.  Work was done promptly and the fence and gate look great.  Will not hesitate to use them again.

All phases of the fence installation were so cut above.  You won't find better customer service - the owner took care of every detail.  The fence and gates are beautiful.  The workmanship, professionalism, and integrity of the installation are top notch.  The installers are true artisan's.  Not only do they get the job done quickly, every post, rail, and picket are plumb and true.   Pioneer Fence Company is not the cheapest out there, but they don't have to be.  What I paid was worth every single penny.  I could not be happier with my new fence.

They did a great job on the new fence. There was a portion of the fence they had to taper going over a retaining wall that worked out well.

I contacted the owner Richard a month before asking for a quote on replacing my fence. He came up and sketched out the dimensions of the yard where I wanted the fence replaced. He, at the same time, measured for the fence addition for my neighbor since we were working together on this. He was very professional and after he was complete made sure our contact information was correct so he could email us the official quote. A day or two later the quote showed up in the email as promised and even had all the sections individually priced, and split in half, where necessary so that my neighbors would know their price easily. I selected Pioneer because their price was lower than most and Richard himself seemed, to me, to be very reliable and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. The date was set for when they would show up and start the work and all they needed from me was the deposit. By the time I got back from work, Richard's crew had all of one fence torn out and the posts dug and waiting for concrete including the 60ft or so of my neighbors fence as well. They were also nice enough to setup an enclosure so my neighbor's dog wouldn't escape the yard if he snuck out to the back yard. The next day they had finished tearing out the old fence and installing the posts and also put in another barrier to keep my other neighbors dogs and daughters from getting/falling into any of the holes filled with concrete. After 3 days for the concrete to setup they came back and started to install all the pickets. They were able to get about half done the first day and came back in a couple days after rain and sicknesses kept them away from the work. Took them 2 days to put all the pickets up. After they were all up, I noticed a few stumps along the fence line, and a tree, that they had to cut the boards short to fit them in. After talking with Richard, he was coming up to the house to fix a problem created by the new fence that was allowing my neighbors dog to get out, he was willing to take a look at replacing the boards. I was able to cut out the stumps and the tree and after Richard was done helping my neighbor to relocate some stepping stones under her gate so the dog couldn't get under it, he agreed to send out his crew again to replace the boards and redo the section where the tree had been. Richard and his crew did a great job and made sure that I was satisfied and even came back to fix a few things without complaints.

Very professional,.  We are very satisfied with the work and the workers who did the work.  Work was completed ahead of schedule.

The experience was a wonderful one.  We got estimates from 5 other companies and Pioneer impressed us the most with their professionalism.  Since completing the work, they've been quick to answer our questions and careful to see that the job was done exactly to our liking (the owner did not one but two final inspections to make sure things were done perfectly).  We're just so pleased and grateful for Pioneer's hard work and thoughtfulness.
