It could not have gone any better from the day the foundation was dug until the home was completed Bob was there and his subs were always there to answer any questions. I still use some of the subs today for any maintenance or questions, they are always helpful and very reasonably priced. The advantaged is that they know the equipment that they installed.  The great things about the subs is that you meet with them and Bob to get the best outcome.

We found Bob Hoffmann through Service Magic, a company that refers businesses for services. He contacted us within one hour of submitting our request to Service Magic, and set an appointment to come by to determine what our specific project was. He was professional, very warm, down-to-earth, not pretentious, and asked thorough questions. Without even signing a contract, he provided four different computer designs for us to review. He always communicated with us as to the status of the project, what to expect, when something was going to happen, provided a work schedule, and more. We were on vacation during some of this time period, and he even emailed us updates as the project progressed! Most of the subcontractors he worked with were excellent (we had a delay with the granite fabricator...no fault of Bob's). He was on top of everything! We could not be more pleased with his work, and will definitely use Bob in any future home projects. He's a man of integrity, professional, prompt, and expects excellent, quality work from his subcontractors. We count him as one of our good friends!
