About us

APMM is a General HANDYMAN service with primary focus on residential repairs and upkeep, investment rental property maintenance and upkeep, along with pre- and post -sales repairs. For over 4 years, APMM has been providing property maintenance and repair in the central Colorado Springs, Cascade and Fountain areas. We provide many different services for both the indoors and outdoors in general maintenance and repair and cleaning. Affordable Property Maintenance and Management is a Limited Liability Company, fully registered and insured in the State of Colorado. APMM is a one man operation owned and operated by Scott Wolf. Scott comes from a long tradition and family back ground that consists of many specialty trades that includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, construction, heating and air conditioning, and roofing which has allowed him to be exposed to many does and don'ts of property maintenance. He has been working with his hands for over twenty years. He enjoys working with people and learning new things and taking on new projects. Scott works very hard at keeping a close personal and professional relationship with all his customers trying to build good relationships. He is fully insured, registered with the state of Colorado and holds a good standing record with the state of Colorado and has excellent work references.

He was supposed to be like a handyman, he was going to come and do some things and we had already purchased the tile and everything was pretty much purchased. He he was just going to do the work and then we would buy the supplies needed but he just didn't lay the tile right. He was extremely messy and did all the tile cutting inside the home. It was like he didn't think it all. He had already started on the other project which was the upstairs bathroom, he was like kind of doing them all, kind of taking a break from one while one thing was getting ready and he'd start on another one and upstairs was the worst. He would be doing the bathroom and I was here twice when he didn't have the water shut off and when he went to turn the water back on it flooded and the second time it was bad. We had water coming out of the fixed lights in our kitchen area below and we had to have our ceiling retextured. He was the worst and he did sanding in our home without blocking anything off and the bathroom he was working on was a nursery. He didn't think to cover anything up, so all the babies' toys and everything was one big dust pit. He was way overpriced. He was quick. He was pretty much here on time.
