Hired Altamont in 2022. It’s took approximately a year before they could start. They came up with a good design. However, during construction they broke my deck, some siding, and ICF foundation on three separate occasions. There is no “project manager” to help address these issues. They never called me one time to address these issues They used my material to repair the siding and never fixed the ICF repair. They claimed I had to pay in full even though they never finished the job They threatened to file liens on the house even though it was sold. I paid over $60,000 for this job. If you decide to hire them I would highly suggest reading the contract and monitoring their work for damage and poor quality. They left gravel in the neighbors yard, tire marks all over the side walk and driveway, debris on the street, called it hood and demanded $ payment. I would look elsewhere for a landscaping company

They are sticking with their backup. They installed the drip system so they are going to be maintaining it a couple of times a year; it is a part of what they do. I am not sure of the price because they have not done it yet. I went with them because of satisfaction and recommendation from builders and other contractors. The guy who runs it is a very good businessman. His name is Mr. August Delarue. There have been hitches with construction so anytime I have asked for something he has always followed up and made sure I was satisfied always. They are the best that I have seen and have a great landscape designer as well. They are outstanding in being responsive. They don't leave messes and throw cans around. They are very tidy, professional and polite. Whenever I talked to anyone they got right on it and talked to their boss. They did whatever that had to do to get things handled for me. It was a construction project so it didn't go without a hitch but it did get managed to a very high level.

took forever to respond - then they did and for what they did I felt their prices were way over priced. I will not use them again.

We're are happy that your irrigation issue was resolved by our service but understand if you did not feel that you received a good value for the service based on price. One aspect of the repair cost is troubleshooting the issue wherein we need figure out why it isn't working and what parts need fixed. Also, due to the complexity and variation found on irrigation systems, it is difficult to have all the necessary parts on hand for every malfunction that can occur. This causes us to occasionally have to drive to get parts, then return to fix the issue. These are two reasons why you may have felt a simple repair cost more than what you felt the work was worth.
