He stole about 50,000 from us and all we got was the shell. he got caught in Brazil trying to steal exotic woods into this country. It's a nice house but it never got finished. We had to do all the plumbing, electrical, put up more walls, do more insulation, drywall, etc. It was ridiculous. They were a friend of a very good friend of mine.
