NOT GOOD I am lucky I had purchased extended warranty with the vehicle I took it in a 9 am FRI morning I was told it would be 2-4 hours around 2 I called and was told that it may not be done that day which meant it would be MONDAY I was not happy! They had given me a loaner car ... it was junk drove like a tank radio did not work right I went down to the dealership and asked to speak to the service manager Paul Edwards HE already knew about the situation and told me it would take 11 hours to fix I asked him why no one told me that to begin with and HE TOLD ME "DID YOU ASK HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE? I sais to him that I AM THE CUSTOMER AND YOU DONT WANT OT HELP ME? I told him if he was not going to help I was going to find his boss and talk to him HE arrogantly said GO FIND HIM Go AHEAD I walked out into the main area of the dealership and made a phone call talking about the way I had been treated by Paul. He came in there and stood next to me so I went outside. A few minutes later he came in and told me to pick my car up at 5:30 I went in at 5:00 and I paid my deductible and the woman told me that since I was not happy with Ford's Service to get my oil changed somewhere else. She gave me a check for $199. I told her this all could have been avoided if the service dept would have told me to begin with that it would take 11 hours to fix my car. I would not have made an apt to fix I ton a FRI if I had know it took so long . Found out later the Gen, the girl I dealt with mostly and Paul the Manager are Father and Daughter go figure!!

Sales Associate helped me decide on the purchase of a brand new 2013 Ford Fusion. We were not exactly sure what we wanted to buy and wanted to browse and discuss our options leisurely and not be rushed. He was very pleasant and knowledgable.
