Design Build is an Integrated system where there is only one contract between you and our team of Architect and General Contractor, who are working together from the beginning to the end of your project. We have spent considerable time creating “tools” to help make the home building process as streamlined and headache free as possible. Our “new client survey” has specifically designed questions intended to get your ideas flowing at the start of the design process. Then as we get further into the design process there will be many decisions to be made and we have created comprehensive checklists to help guide you through this process to ensure nothing is missed and to make sure you know all of your options.
