Did not honor the contract,cost repairs did not take responsibility for fixing the damage. They said that they honor the warranty but they did not. Substandard work.

They were awesome. Very reasonable. they guy they sent out was very thorough. Excellent quality of work, the fellow that did the work was excellent work under the conditions. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were very courteous about our time and working around our schedule. They do not collect on the bill until you are satisfied with the work.

I had Turner Roofing LLC replace our roof and my advice is buyer beware.  I now have far more damage to my roof after they worked on it than the hail could ever do.  They started the work on August 3, 2012 and to date have not yet completed what was contracted to do and have not addressed the workmanship problems on the work they did do even after several phone calls.  The warranty team looked at the problems and the "boss" was supposed to be with them but he didn't show up and the warranty team said they couldn't do what was necessary, which is replace the new shingles that were just installed plus numerous roof deck sheets that they broke along with the front facia board in the front of the house, without the boss's approval.  We are senior citizens so this is very stressful for us and I would like to make others aware before they get into the same problem with Turner Roofing LLC out of Pueblo, Colorado.

They are honest and good. They use a local crew instead of bringing them in from somewhere else. I have used them for the last three or four years. They have been in business for a long time and they have a lot of experience. I had a problem with the flashing on my roof and they were out here to fix it right away. They will work with your deductible and make it reasonable for you. The overall experience was excellent. I will always use this company.

They never finished the work they had agreed to do. They never kept their appointments. It was just a disappointing experience. I never spoke to the same person twice so it was hard to get continuity. It took 6 months for them to even get to the work.
